Description	Our house is an early 1900's single story wooden 3bdrm home that needs repainting. Work would entail: - refurbishing/repalcement of flashings and shingles; - stripping and preparation of fascia boards, soffits, shingles, weatherboards, windows, sills, - sealing/filling holes/gaps and priming - painting in selected colours Would prefer that any remedial works also be able to be done at same time (not included in quote though and dealt with at the time on a non exclusive basis) Timing of the job would be sometime this summer. Please note that I will be leaving the job open until the week beginning 4th October to provide sufficient time for interested parties to express their interest. From that date, we will select a shortlist and provide the opportunity for detailed quotes to be submitted. We will respond to all those that express interest regardless wen we have made decisions.
