Description	Inner city apartment requires a new bathroom and Kitchen. The apartment is about 20 years old. The bathroom has a bit of rot and looks pretty dated. Basically need to gut it, waterproof, tile the floor and walls and install new shower, vanity and toilet. The kitchen needs new joinery(needs to be made and measured) and new appliances installed. A wall needs to be moved about a metre back in to the garage. Also the floor needs to be tiled. Also need new flooring downstairs but not essential I can organise this.
