Description	An upstairs bathroom needs a 'shower over bath' to be removed (which has been been leaking through to the ground floor for some time) and replaced with a new (already purchased) shower unit. A mixer and drain/trap are also required. The drain position will be on the other side of the bathroom, so plumbing will be required and possibly floor (chip board?) replaced. Vanity will also require shifting. Also may need extractor, lighting, towl rail and powerpoint. Bathroom is 1. [www] ish. Requires finishing by 30th September if possible.
