Description	small 2 b/r flat in chch maybe 100m2. current tenant is an alcoholic, smoker and cooks with fat. he has alzheimers. will be moving out in 3 months, hopefully sooner. then we will need: kitchen more or less gutted. new oven and stovetop. the washing machine has external pipes to taps over the sink so we would like the pipes hidden or tidied up. need new bench top, taps for sink and washing machine. whole flat repainted(except bathroom, exclude this room for any quotes). ceilings and walls, oil based paint preferably in kitchen. new carpet in lounge and 2 bedrooms. if cupboards in kitchen are ok, will need painting and new handles. new curtains for lounge and bedrooms. not sure if you do this though. all work to a basic standard but strong enough to last. the flat is in addington, therefore basic,not top end fittings thanks. everthing is yellow from cooking and nicotine, therefore may need cleaning before painting, not sure.
