Description	Damage from gradual leak from water tank/heater in kitchen. Water tank/heater to be replaced as is floor below it, plus some of the flooring in kitchen and small part of of adjacent hallway. kitchen has lino down at present which can be removed before job commences. I have purchased new water heater and have existing quote for $300 for fitting.
