Description	Hi, The Body Corporate of the Roman Court Building in Roxburgh Street, Mt Victoria needs it to be painted on the outside. It is a 3 story concrete building. The Foyers and stairwell in the inside also to be completed - with attendtion to the wrought iron rail on teh stairwells (showing rust spots). Ideally work will be started later this year after a satisfactory quote accepted.
