| Description | This job is to quote for checking and potentially either removing/capping/ or securing of the top of a chimney that is not in use anymore. It is also possible we remove the base as well- though this is less important. It is on the outside wall of a 2 story home. It is, I think, solid brick and stucco with a T shaped terracotta stack on top. It sits a good 8 feet above the roofline, which is concrete tiled and steep-ish. Site access is good, via a large cable car.There is access into the roof space inside the house. The chimney is in a narrow area at the back of the house with a bushy bank up beside it.
