| Description | Hi We had a large wired-in light fitting shake itself off the kitchen ceiling on 23 December and we would like it a) checked for safety (i.e., are there any loose and dangerous wires in behind what's left) and b) some options of how it could be replaced (see photo of what's left). Also our hot water cylinder appears to be a bit dodgy too. We would like to find out if the element and thermostat are doing their job, or whether ripple control is not giving it long enough to heat up at night. |
