Description	i have a couple of problems with the toilets in my house. the first toilet is leaking water from the base of the toilet (perhaps from the cistern) onto the floor with each flush. the second toilet has a dribble of water constantly running into the bowl, causing the cistern to refill even though the toilet hasn't been flushed.
