Description	Electrician found. Waiting for parts to complete the job. The stove keeps blowing in my rental property. I have fuse wire, but the tenant tires of fixing it. There is also an older style powerpoint on the floor to be fixed. Possibly best replace the external mounting against the (internal) concrete block wall. The light bulb above the sink also blows, so investigate that. The tenant also complains she seems to need the washing machine (in the kitchen?) but there is provision in the external shared laundry, so perhaps check the overall power. There is a similar bulb above the sink in the (identical layout) unit above. That could be looked at too, but both tenants would have to be home.
