Description	We have a rental home in Mt Wellington, Auckland and am wanting to get a couple of spring cleaning jobs done within the next 2-3 weeks. Specifically: 1. Some fenceline and tree pruning. 2. Clearing of gutters. 3. Spot painting inside wall (1. [www] [phone] and if there's enough time and if it's cost effective 4. Re-erecting wire fence Our tenant is due to leave the property on 24 September [phone] so a tradesman will need to be available immediately after that date to do the bedroom painting, although we have paint available and you would need to supply tools and labour. Guttering cleaning, light pruning and other outdoor duties could be done prior to 24 September if wanting to, but ideally would be nice to get all jobs done at one time. You would need to supply your own ladder and tools for pruning as well as take away the rubbish. Handymans dream. We are just looking for written quotes at this stage.
