Description	Painting/ general maintenance of exterior wall required for 4 unit 2-storey townhouses, with polystyrene sheet cladding. These townhouses are approx. 10 yrs old and are due for a paint job. There are some minor cracks that needs to be sealed to prevent water from getting into the walls. My 'guestimate' of paint area is [phone] square metres.
