| Description | I live in a 8 unit townhouse. On behalf of my neighbours, we require: -the roofs 8 townhouse units to be inspected for leaks -general maintenance of the 8 roofs -leaking gutters to be fixed There are minor rusting around some of the gas vents which needs to be repaired as well. Approximate roof area 480 square metres. |
