Description	This is a small study/bedroom and we would like to get a quote for building an extension which will create some more floor space in this room - approximately 15m². The house is a brick and tile dwelling - it is also situated in the district plan zone 163 - residential zone 2b (I think this means that we may need resource consent to do this.
