Description	We would like to add a small extension to our 1920s weatherboard bungalow. Just under 2m by 7m along side of house which will include wardrobe/ensuite off the master bedroom and a laundry closet and alcove off the living area. Plans are drawn and resource consent granted. Probable second small extension (approx 2m x 4m) to fill out corner of living area which would include corner glazing and counter-levered beams in either steel or laminate wood.
