| Description | Hi, My house is a 1940's bungalow with small single wardrobes. First task is to remove the existing wardrobes (x2) and build two double wardrobes instead. Second task is to build a set of shelving for the bathroom - this will require part of the wall (into the landry) to be cut through. Third task is to seal up the fire-place. I have an open fire that isn't used since putting in a heat pump. Forth and final task is to put in french-doors and a new deck. There is only a window in that location currently so I need to explore whether I need a permit or not. Depending on costs I may look at staging these renovations. |
