Description	We have recently bought a house on Waiheke Island. We would like a deck designed and built on a sloping section, 2nd story, with two levels and of approx 30sqm. Part of the upper deck needs to be covered and lower level uncovered, steps down to the garden, and including bi-fold doors. We would like this job started asap and completed before summer. Budget around $10-15k. There are some existing plans lodged at the council which we would like to expand upon.
