Description	We have had a tenant move out and remove shelving/damaged the walls. [phone] New 10mm gib has been installed and needs to be jointed, small amount of touch up and painted. [phone] New gib is approxmiately 34m^2 and consists mainly of jointing, screw hole filling, one covex corner and a few internal corners. Plastering to level 4 for paint required. Notice that false ceilings have been removed so painting should pretty easy. [phone] No skirtings or covings installed (will be painted and installed separately separately outside this job) so very little cutting in required. Require new gib to be sealed and 2 matching coats appl;ied (paint colur can be supplied) together with the 3 orange pillars painted to match. [phone] Photos show areas to be plastered and painted. [phone] Job can be done at any time (i.e. can work during the day or at night).
