Description	We want a deck building of approx 35sq metres out of premium pine. The deck is to be single level and will go over an existing concrete/brick patio area. We will also need a short set of stairs at the far end of the deck where it will be around 1m above ground and some handrails around parts of the deck (approx 4-5 metres).
