Description	Our rental property has a sizeable landing area at the entrance to the house. It used to have carpet which we've removed and is now showing concrete which is cracked. This area gets a lot of sun and as such we do not want to lay vinyl because it will fade. Instead, we are considering tiles or having the concrete grinded and then painted, baring in mind that it is a rental property so a least cost approach is probably the one we will go.
