Description	My 1960s house has longrun roofing (similar to Dimondek [phone] about 200 sq. m, with pitched sections from the 1960s and flat sections which were replaced in the 1980s. It all needs cleaning (lichen in places) and repainting to make it last another 10 years. Before painting can be done, several rust spots and a few holes in the pitched sections will need repairing and rust treatment. Some loose nails (and clips) may have to be re-nailed or screwed. The internal gutters also need a waterproofing membrane to give them a few more years. I'm looking for someone to take on both the repairs and the painting. Best to come and have a scout around to see exactly what's needed. Access to the roof is relatively easy. I have typed up a possible list which we can discuss and you can take away with you to help with the quote.
