Description	Small ensuite needs full renovation: Tile walls - approximate 18 square metres of tiles Supply and install new shower - want frameless style Install shower rose and mixer Install wall hung vanity and basin mixer Install wall hung toilet and in-wall cistern Hang new heated towel rail Paint to wall area above tiles and ceiling Install new lights Redo urethane on wooden floor - approximately 6 square metres All plumbing/sanitary connections and electrics are already in the right place I want 1 person to manage the whole job.
