Description	Hi I'm wanting to replace two wooden bedroom windows for a brick and tile house built 1968. I know both of them are starting to rot at a join at the bottom of the window and one is not opening properly. Both windows are of the same size; measurements taken inside the width across the bottom is 152cm & height of 133cm. I'm looking at replacing them with aluminium and double glazing. Also I would like one of the other windows assessed at the same time - the brick work on the window sill on the outside - the mortor has come away so not sure what to do with this.
