Description	My Waste Dispenser is not working. When I turn it on it make sound but does not spin. I think the capacitor or motor is not working. The dispenser I have got is Robinhood Waste Disposal, Model - RWD11. I do not want to change it and would like to get it fixed. Can somebody please advise if this can be fixed and how much it would cost?
