Description	Moving in to an office area which as yet has not been built within an open plan office floorspace in near CBD Wellington. I require a light steel framed store room (have plans [phone] long internal x [phone] wide Paint finish gib wall and second hand door and hardware, if possible. Potters Softline or Sapphire head and starter track system, powder coated. , approx 13 lin mtrs of sound rated gib lined and painted internal wall. The store room will fit within existing ceiling vents etc. so no ceiling work necessary other than fitting of ceiling track. Floor is carpet covered and that will also remain. Require work to be completed ASAP (by end August)
