Description	We need a cost on building a new office in our warehouse at the Airport Oaks in Mangere Auckland. Description of works- Construct new timber stud partition walls and ceiling to create new complete office in warehouse (approx 3metres x 3.6metres). Fit 12mm gib board to new walls and ceiling plaster stop same. Construct and fit 2 of fixed glazed window as discussed (1.2m x 1.2m and 1.2m x 1.8m) Install 1 of door set complete with frames, architraves and hardware (hollow core door). Supply and fit timber skirting and scotia trim to new walls. Paint new office walls, ceiling and timber trims. Electrical works (light and 2 of power points) All works to be undertaken during working hours.
