Description	We have a pool that has a leak from pipe work somewhere underground. We need a very experienced tradesman / craftsman who is familiar with large irregular shaped pieces of sand stone and working around pools. The sand stones need to be carefully removed from the surround of the 4M X 5M pool. Then a trench has to be carefully dug around the pool to a depth of approx 500mm deep and 400mm wide to expose all the pipework. 2 sides of the pool are paved, one side is grassed (other side retaining wall so can't access). All digging will need to be done by hand - or small hand tools as there are buried pipes / drains outdoor lighting cables everywhere. Once the remedial work is done by the pool contractor, the trench will need to be back filled correctly and the pavers re-layed perfectly. Finally, there is approx 50 sq Metres of the same sandstone that needs the pointing re-done as it is about 10 years old. Only highly experienced tradespeople with excellent references please as this job requires working on the edge of a concrete pool WITHOUT damaging it.Would need the job done urgently if we proceed.
