| Description | We have an offer in on a [phone] block and stucco plaster (exterior and most of interior). We would be particularly interested in the services of builders who are very familiar with this era of masonry build. There are two/three areas of the exterior plaster which have opened and there is a small amount of crumbly plaster by some steps inside the house. The house is in Belmont, Lower Hutt and seems overall to be in very good condition. We would like a builders report that also provides an estimate for repairs as this will be useful to discuss with the vendors. |
