Description	Remove old bath and surround, washboarding wall covering around bath. Install new bath; basic model same size as old bath. tile wall around bath. Replace plasterboard walls where currently, installing insulation in exposed wall space ; vanity; heated towel rail; heater. Install new vanity reinstall heated towel rail &heater. Tile splashback to vanity. Install mirror and glass shelving
