Description	Currently have a 3 bed, 2 bath bungalow but with expanding family are putting 2 small bedrooms and a bathroom upstairs over the back end of the house. Father is the plumber and father in-law doing internal finishing so looking for a flexible builder to do the job to waterproof stage. Resource consent and Building consent have been issued so pretty much ready to go. Plans have been submitted to Placemakers, Mitre 10 etc for quotes on prenailed frames and trusses, but if you can do a better price, all good. Therefore looking at materials and labour or just labour. [phone] Time somewhat of the essence as 5th child due in January and currently nowhere to put him.
