| Description | Tenant noticed this morning that the inside wall of the cupboard above the hot water cylinder (against the external wall) in the northwest bedroom was quite damp (enough to wet the sheets etc stored there). It looks in fact that there might have been some leaking around there before?? - as there are some stains. It did rain quite hard last night but I can't tell whether it is damp from outside or from the pipes behind the cupboard wall- or maybe even from the appt above....it has dried out ok today but I guess might need looking at (especially if it was a pipe!). |
