Description	Mid 1960's weatherboard house - we have some rotten weatherboards along the bottom row(s) of west and south walls, also a rotten surround to our retro-fitted aluminum back door. All rot needs to be detected and replaced please in advance of a complete house repaint. Also advice, possible work to prevent a repeat of similar rot.
