Description	Water damaged areas around skirtings and walls needs repair and replacing. Where holes have been made to locate leaks in plumbing, gib will need to be replaced and prepared for painting. Warehouse situation where toilet and adjoining office has been affected. Warehouse is empty, work to be completed asap so painting can be completed .
