Description	We need a builder to check out a house we are interested in buying in Manly, Whangaparaoa. It looks like the cladding may contain asbestos - build and renovation dates are in the appropriate time period for asbestos containing fibrolite. There are some internal leaks (historical according to the agent) that have left their mark and need investigating. The deck is in need of repair - we need to know if the repairs are limited to railings/battens or if the structure itself is compromised. Given that the above issues are determined to be non-issues or minor, we will want a general, pre-purchase building inspection. We are happy to pay for your time having the initial questions addressed and to pay for the follow up inspection.
