Description	Hi, we own an old house in Grey Lynn which we extended eight years ago. An extension was built underneath with the extra rooms being roofed with water proof roofing. This job was done unsatisfactory, water sits on the 70 sqm deck and the council has not signed it off. Council has now been back to clarify what needs to be done. The deck needs be regraded, a door heightened and the hand rail replaced. We are looking for a good job well done as we had too many problems with this deck and are happy to work with your suggestions. Council needs a design before Christmas and ideally I am hoping to get the work done late summer / autumn. We have some plan copies here for you to take away and work out a quote.
