Description	Remove old roof and re-roof with corogated 0.4 or 0.55g coloursteel type roofing. [phone] The house is a typical double story twin unit state-house with a single gable roof. There is an old double chimney which we were considering taking the top off so the roof can go over it rather than trying to seal it (comments on this would be appreciated). On the lower floor, the lounges in each flat jut out the back and have a flat iron roof which will also need replacing. I have estimated approximately 148m2 of gable roofing and 30m2 of flat roof, but it would really need you to measure it up as part of the quote. Items to include in the quote are: Labour, Roofing Iron & freight, Self Support building paper, side barges, Chimney flashings (if required), Ridges, Flat iron for flat roofs on side off property, Aquaseals for vent pipes, Eve flashings, Tec screws, Rivets, silicone and Scaffolding No requirement to remove old roofing material from site.
