Description	We require a quotation to paint the exterior of our rental property in Athena Drive, Totaravale, North Shore city. A light, neutral colour is required. The house is a single level 3 bedroom home, plaster finish. Fascia boards require painting, soffits can be excluded. As it is a rental property we only require a basic 2 coat finish.
