Description	We will be putting in a stairwell/foyer (hip, tile) on to front of existing dwelling. With a study (mono, steel) coming off one side and both study and part of stairwell/foyer linking up with triple car garage+workshop (mono, steel). Has fibro cladding upstairs - concrete block ground floor. Putting a Bifold door at back of current downstairs garage opening to rear section - requires removal of wall between door and window and structural beam. Will also need an extension of driveway to feed garage. And possibly hole dug at back of study to take water tank. Current house also needs reguttering. Will be shifting upstairs kitchen to downstairs so will need associated plumbing. Have developed plans - will try and attach...
