Description	We hold plans for new architecturally designed stairs made of steel and hardwood. In addition we need a new front door installed in a small front entrance porch that the stairs lead too. The small porch needs the internal floor re-leveling with a hard wood floor. A small concrete path strip needs laying. The job is not urgent but it is consented and we are keen to progress it quickly.
