Fixing/ changing 2 extraction fans and lights

Description	We are in need of 2 extraction fans being fixed or changed, one is in a rangehood in the kitchen the other is in the bathroom. Both are already vented to outside but neither work as they should. Also we would like a couple of damaged electrical sockets replaced, a couple of light fittings swapped around, some nz plugs put on 3 items currently with UK Plugs and we also have some outside lights with sensors but the sensors dont seem to do anything, so they need checking too!!
