Description	We require a cost effective renovation to a small existing bathroom by replacing existing wall and roof linings and installing new shower, bath, vanity, toilet in same place as existing fixtures. We would like new taps put in, and a new 3 in one light/heat/extractor fan installed in the ceiling. We would like the floor tiled (approx 2.5 sm). The complete Room is 2.8m X 1.8m We would prefer to supply the following; Shower, Toilet, Bath, Vanity, Taps, Heat/fan, However we have not purchased these yet, so can follow your recommendation if necessary. We would like you to supply other materials as required. There may be some plumbing work, all units are going into the same place as previous units, so plumbing many be minor. The heat light/Fan would be installed where the existing light fitting is, access to the cavity is via a man hole in the bathroom. Work on this would not be due to start till late August, but this gives you a chance to quote, and us a chance to acquire all the necessary fixtures for you.
