Description	New home needs wooden skirting pulled off wall in main and ensuite bathroom and replaced with 1 row of tiles. The old silicone which is badly placed needs to be pulled up or covered up by new silicone. Then an aluminium cap put on the row of new tiles. I have all the tiles but they will need to be cut in halve to be correct size. They are currently 33 x 33. Also 2 tiles need to be replaced which have been placed poorly. 1 in shower which is around the waste and 1 tile with 1 half under the toilet. The wall perimters for the bathrooms are 10m total tiling distance. I have all the grout,glue,silicone and aluminium. Can start job 4th August but must be complete by 10th August.
