Description	We have a corner property. The current single garage is on the busy road side of the property. We would like to design a new garage under the house on the quieter side road. However there is a tree, on the footpath, in the middle of the proposed driveway. We would like to find a draughtsman who is familiar with the Auckland City rules regarding tree removal and then able to design a new garage
