Replace/fix gutter + install leaf guards

Description	Gutter down one side of the house is poorly installed, dips in the middle a bit, enough to collect water. Drop needs to be readjusted and a section of the gutter repaired/replaced where emergency drainage holes were drilled in. Guttering on other side could do with an inspection. Also thinking its a good idea to get leaf guards installed.
