Description	Standard three bedroom single story home. Sanding and painting required for: Bedroom - prep & paint ceiling, walls & window frames. Laundry: prep & paint ceiling, walls & window frames. Lounge area: prep & paint ceiling, walls & french doors/windows. Please note: work will not be started until September/October. Only tradespeople who are prepared to TURN UP need apply! :)
