| Description | I have a serious leak and suspect it is when bath is emptied and probably not in supply pipe/tapware - Leak is only detected when utilising bath. Water dissipates into adjoining rooms at either end of bath. House is on a concrete slab and there is no access to underneath bath - fully tiled. I have taken a picture that I suspect is the outlet (on the left, coming out of wall) and is only approx 2 feet from drainage plug of bath. I dont really want to rip the bath and tiles out so I would suspect creating an access hole from outside would be the most effective and economical remedy should it be the outlet. I also suspect the lawn mower man has knocked this outlet on several occassions and possibly loosened it at the bottom of the bath. Any access hole created would also need to be patched up to a satisfactory standard. Im not the expert so will ultimately leave the final diagnosis to you. Cheers. |
