Description	Job requires removal of old and replacement of new shower. (I have purchased a 9 x 9 Newline shower already.) Replacement of old lino flooring and relaying new flooring (already purchased this too!) Same flooring to be removed and replaced in kitchen also. Total lino to be laid is approx 3 square metres. Approx 5 window latches to be either replaced or repaired, 1 x safety latch to be replaced. Toe Kick to be replaced and possibly 1 x base end panel (again already purchased) This is repairs on a rental property in Otahuhu that is currently empty. I Obviously I want this job completed asap as its costing me money!
