Description	Our 6m2 exterior porch roof is ponding and water is backing up and flowing back into the house rather away from the house and into the spouting. It may be possible to lift the flat pan metal profiled sheets and simply but some timber batterns underneath and induce a fall. The flashing at the connection with the house would likely need replacing. Access is no problem as it is at the front of the house but a long ladder is required (about 3.0m high). The porch roof can be seen on the photo attached.
