| Description | 1. Plumbing and drains for the entire building (I can supply scale plans) 2. Installation of fire place (Woodsman Tarras with wetback) 3. Fitting of gas stove 4. Partial installation of Autoflow greywater system. I will place wastewater tanks and pipes into place. All I need from plumber for the wastewater system is to hook up house plumbing to the wastewater tank and hook up waste water tank to the dispersal field pipes. Dispersal field pipes to be supplied by plumber but I am happy to put them into place my self. I have detailed installation instructions for the wastewater system. Project details: - House is located on flat ground with concrete foundation - House is on rural property and not connected to mains water. Will be a tank water system with pump. Pump to be supplied by plumber (minimum pressure needed is 40PSI at taps). Water tanks will be supplied by us and already in place. Plumber needs to hook up water tanks to the plumbing of the house and direct roof water catchment to water tanks. - Plumber to supply and install leaf diverters and first-flush system. Water filters to be supplied by us and installed by plumber. - Preference of piping material is either copper or "Aquatherm" (foodgrade non-pvc, non-toxic plastic). - Toilets will be compost toilets ("Kiwibog"), which separates urine and feces. Only urine pipe needs to be connected to greywater system. Toilets supplied by us. - Will have solar hot water with wetback backup. This will be installed by the solar hot water supplier. Plumber would need to connect wetback. Hot water cylinder will be supplied by us. - There is a big storm water drain already dug, just a few meters beside the house site - Please quote for standard PVC downpipes as well as copper or foodgrade plastic downpipes -Following a list or required bathroom fittings: 2x Eurowa Steel bath 1700mmx700mm 2x Tek pop-up Bath Plug, Waste & overflow 2x Allround adjustable legs for all bath M 2x Zeon 130 Single Lever Sink mixer Chrome [phone] I look forward to hearing from you kind regards Hubert |
