Description	The garage roof is is leaking on the wall that it adjoins to the other garage. It is the right hand garage that is leaking on the left hand side wall. The left hand garage is the original and the right garage has been added at some stage. The roof is flat and there is no way to easily clear out the space between to remove leaves etc. There are a couple of other jobs to do at this property as well: fixing the pantry door that has come off and either patching a square hole in the ceiling of the laundry or regibbing the ceiling - due to plumber cutting hole in it to access a leak. [phone] I am managing 25 properties and am looking for someone I can call on for these types of jobs and also for major renovations. We have very high expectations in terms of workmanship and attention to detail, communication and reliability.
